At peak times, minimum weekly bookings may apply, at other times, short stays are possible – enquire about rates.
Linen is not included in the tariff but is available for hire @ $15 pp per week. Port-a-cots and high chairs available at no charge.


Payment: Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos or direct bank transfer. Payment is required on arrival. Check-in: from 2pm Check-out: by 9.30am	Cancellation policy: $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. If unit is unable to be rebooked, the following conditions apply: Cancellation within 1 month – no refund. Cancellation within 2 months – 50% of deposit will be retained. Cancellation 3 months or more – 25% of deposit will be retained.	Booking Terms and Conditions • Maximum occupancy is 5 people - normal occupancy is 4 persons although an extra child up to 10 years of age can be accommodated on a fold-out mattress by prior arrangement. • Strictly no smoking or pets are allowed. • We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately, without refund, if our Terms and Conditions are breached.
